Pricefox.gr, a Greek startup specializing in service comparison and backed by Antenna Group and Samlino Group, is seeking a Sales Representative to join their Athens team. The role involves guiding customers in selecting services that best fit their needs through the Pricefox platform.

Responsibilities:

• Managing leads through the platform and overseeing the entire customer experience.
• Communicating with existing customers to maintain strong relationships and promote additional services.
• Handling inbound calls, resolving issues, and answering customer inquiries.
• Collaborating with internal teams to resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or higher education degree.
• Excellent knowledge of the Greek language.
• Familiarity with technology and computer proficiency.
• Strong communication skills.
• Team spirit.
• Previous sales experience (preferred).
• Insurance intermediary certification (preferred).
