The company's vision is to help consumers find the best deals quickly and effortlessly, saving them time and money.He/She will guide customers in selecting services that best suit their needs through the platform.

• Manages leads through the platform and oversees the entire customer experience from start to finish.
• Communicates with existing customers to maintain strong relationships and promote additional services that meet their changing needs.
• Manages incoming calls, resolves issues, and answers customer questions about products purchased through the platform.
• Collaborates with internal company teams to resolve issues, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

• High school diploma or higher education degree.
