Ketryx is seeking a Client Operations Manager to lead high-performing teams and ensure exceptional customer outcomes. The Client Operations Manager will guide teams through the client lifecycle, solve technical problems, and optimize workflows. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who can contribute new ideas and strategies in a fast-growing startup. Responsibilities include:
Leading teams to deliver outcomes across client engagements.
Managing the client lifecycle from onboarding to partnership.
Guiding teams through product configuration and problem-solving.
Acting as a strategic advisor to stakeholders.
Providing feedback to influence product roadmap.
Mentoring junior team members.
