Job Description
Ketryx is seeking a Client Operations Manager to lead high-performing teams and ensure exceptional customer outcomes. The Client Operations Manager will guide teams through the client lifecycle, solve technical problems, and optimize workflows. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who can contribute new ideas and strategies in a fast-growing startup. This position is based in Ketryx's Vienna office and offers the opportunity to impact patient lives.

Responsibilities include:
  • Leading teams to deliver outcomes across client engagements.
  • Managing the client lifecycle from onboarding to partnership.
  • Guiding teams through product configuration and problem-solving.
  • Acting as a strategic advisor to stakeholders.
  • Providing feedback to influence product roadmap.
  • Mentoring junior team members.

Requirements include:
  • Experience in regulated, safety-critical environments.
  • Technical fluency and systems awareness.
  • Client leadership and strategic thinking.
  • Operational rigor and continuous improvement.
  • Exceptional communication and presence.
  • EU citizenship, RWR+ card or permanent residence with unrestricted work rights in Austria.
