FLYR is seeking a QA Engineer to enhance its product development. The QA Engineer will collaborate with product teams to guarantee the highest quality standards for FLYR's software products. The role involves developing and maintaining test documentation, as well as continuously evaluating and improving testing tools, and monitoring key quality metrics to provide insights and recommendations.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate within a self-organizing QA team and with product teams.
  • Plan testing initiatives through analysis of requirements and technical specifications.
  • Implement test automation strategies for microservice architecture.
  • Conduct automated end-to-end, API, contract, performance, and manual tests.
  • Develop and maintain test plans, cases, and scripts.
  • Evaluate and improve testing tools.
  • Monitor quality metrics and provide recommendations.
  • Support timely delivery of features.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering and industry experience.
  • 4+ years of experience in test automation.
  • Experience in building testing plans and strategies, test cases, and bug triaging.
  • Experience with manual and automated testing using tools like Postman.
  • Proficiency in Python and Robot Framework.
  • Knowledge of SQL.
  • Understanding of SDLC with Agile methodologies.
  • Understanding of microservices architecture.
  • Ability to maintain testing artifacts and reports.
  • Experience with CI/CD testing integration.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.
  • Adaptability and solid English skills.
