Blenheim Chalcot is seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager to lead the go-to-market strategy for its AI agent product and drive customer acquisition and retention within the mortgage ecosystem. The ideal candidate will be a strategic marketing leader who thrives on taking ownership of major initiatives.
The role involves:
- Leading B2C go-to-market strategy for Gen-AI products in the mortgage market.
- Developing compelling messaging and positioning for Gen-AI products.
- Integrating Gen-AI product capabilities into outbound messaging and campaign development.
- Experimenting with AI-led marketing tools to create innovative customer acquisition strategies.
- Optimizing customer engagement and retention strategies.
- Leading strategic initiatives to optimize engagement and retention for a large email database.
- Designing and executing A/B testing programs across customer touchpoints.
- Developing and implementing data-driven re-engagement campaigns.
- Partnering with cross-functional teams to execute complex marketing initiatives.
- Establishing measurement frameworks and KPIs to track product launch success.
- Developing thought leadership content and customer-facing materials.
- Testing and scaling new acquisition channels.
Requirements:
- 7-10 years of product marketing experience in fintech, financial services, or B2C technology products.
- Proven product launch experience with AI/ML components.
- Expertise in growth experimentation, A/B testing, and data-driven optimization.
- Ability to develop comprehensive go-to-market strategies.
- Experience marketing AI-powered products or using AI tools for marketing optimization.
- Understanding of mortgage/lending products and regulatory environment.
- Proficiency with advanced analytics platforms and customer data platforms.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and rapid iteration in a fast-paced environment.
