Job Description
Impinj, a leading RAIN RFID provider, is seeking an Office Coordinator to support the daily operations of their Seattle campus facilities. The Office Coordinator will ensure a safe, efficient, and welcoming environment. This role requires regular onsite presence, primarily supporting the 400 Fairview office location as well as the Beacon Hill office location on an as-needed basis. What this role involves: - Greeting and assisting visitors
- Managing office supplies and equipment
- Coordinating vendor services
- Assisting with space planning and office moves
- Organizing safety meetings and training
Requirements: - Associates degree or equivalent experience
- 4+ years of experience in facility or property management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong communication and administrative skills
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
