Moloco is seeking a Growth Manager to enhance customer relationships, optimize product performance, and drive revenue growth. The Growth Manager will work across teams to solve complex challenges and ensure clients get the most out of Moloco's AI-powered solutions. This role is crucial for scaling efficiently and maintaining leadership in the programmatic advertising space.
Responsibilities include: - Owning day-to-day customer relationships and delivering exceptional client service.
- Leading multiple partnerships, client meetings, and business reviews.
- Becoming an expert in Moloco’s products and industry.
- Overseeing the setup and monitoring of client campaigns.
- Developing and executing strategies to drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Improving internal processes and collaborating cross-functionally.
- Fostering a team culture of accountability and collaboration.
Requirements: - 3+ years of experience in account management, preferably in programmatic marketing or mobile advertising.
- Ability to translate advertiser marketing needs into data-driven strategies.
- Strong ownership mentality and a data-driven approach to problem-solving.
- Familiarity with big data, MMPs, mobile app ecosystem, and ad tech.
- Strong skills in Excel, PowerPoint/Slides, and G-Suite.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
