Lightspeed is seeking a Product Manager to lead a team focused on providing tools to restaurants for excellent service. The Product Manager will be part of a close-knit group within the hospitality sector, helping restaurants eliminate operational friction and focus on delivering exceptional hospitality. This role involves collaborating with clients and internal teams to prioritize and develop the product roadmap.

The Product Manager will lead a product team consisting of design, content, UX research, engineering, and quality specialists. The role requires a deep understanding of operational challenges faced by restaurants and the ability to define valuable data points for actionable recommendations.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing the discovery, research, and design phases of core data layers.
  • Executing product and software development lifecycles to launch and scale products effectively.
  • Defining and tracking key performance indicators related to table turnover, customer satisfaction, and revenue impact.
  • Collaborating cross-functionally to promote the adoption of tools among clients.

Requirements:

  • Approximately 4 years of experience as a product team leader.
  • Experience with data-driven products designed for external users.
  • Solid understanding of data science or data visualization principles.
  • Technical proficiency to collaborate with engineers and data specialists.
  • Experience launching products with measurable and positive results.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to speak English fluently.
