Ogilvy Social.Lab, a full-service advertising agency located in Brussels, is seeking an Office Assistant to ensure the efficient operation of the office and provide support to staff. This role is a 6-month maternity leave cover, with a high possibility of extension.Ogilvy Social.Lab is looking for someone who will:
- Welcome visitors and clients.
- Coordinate lunch orders and meetings.
- Maintain office cleanliness and organization.
- Manage office supplies and the company mailbox.
- Assist in organizing internal events.
- Support HR with newcomer onboarding.
- Liaise with departments and support IT inventory management.
The ideal candidate should have:
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English; knowledge of French is a plus.
- Previous experience in similar roles.
- Excellent time management, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and office management systems.
- A friendly and approachable demeanor.
