Job Description
Ogilvy Social.Lab, a full-service advertising agency located in Brussels, is seeking an Office Assistant to ensure the efficient operation of the office and provide support to staff. This role is a 6-month maternity leave cover, with a high possibility of extension.Ogilvy Social.Lab is looking for someone who will:
  • Welcome visitors and clients.
  • Coordinate lunch orders and meetings.
  • Maintain office cleanliness and organization.
  • Manage office supplies and the company mailbox.
  • Assist in organizing internal events.
  • Support HR with newcomer onboarding.
  • Liaise with departments and support IT inventory management.
The ideal candidate should have:
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English; knowledge of French is a plus.
  • Previous experience in similar roles.
  • Excellent time management, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and office management systems.
  • A friendly and approachable demeanor.
