Job Description
Wunderflats is seeking a Landlord Relationship Manager to foster relationships with Wunderflats Plus landlords. This role focuses on enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty, contributing to Wunderflats' market leadership. The Landlord Relationship Manager will maximize the success of landlords within the flexible management rental program, a critical component for the company's growth.

Role involves:
  • Managing landlord relationships throughout their lifecycle.
  • Implementing and customizing services for new landlords.
  • Gathering and assessing landlord feedback.
  • Ensuring the attractiveness and performance of Wunderflats Plus offerings.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of customer service experience.
  • Proven track record in end-to-end partner management.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for building relationships.
  • Proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in data analysis for prioritization.
  • Clear communication skills in English and German.
  • Knowledge of the real estate market is a plus.
  • Driver's license is desirable.
