Job Description
Nature's Bakery is seeking a Shift Manager for their night shift operations in Salt Lake City, Utah. This role is a front-line leadership position responsible for enhancing quality, human safety, and product cost efficiency through talent engagement and development. The Shift Manager will lead a team of 25-30 production associates, ensuring operational targets are consistently met.

Responsibilities include:
  • Leading multi-line teams to efficiently produce quality products.
  • Implementing changes to improve operational goals.
  • Supporting Supply Excellence initiatives.
  • Coaching and developing operators' skills.
  • Managing materials, staffing, and resources.
  • Ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
  • Managing associate relations and performance.
  • Troubleshooting equipment issues.
  • Implementing strategies for operational improvements.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience.
  • Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Experience with plant sanitation and OSHA safety standards.
  • HACCP proficiency.
