Production Operator (12 hour shifts)

Nature's Bakery is seeking a Production Operator for their new manufacturing facility in Salt Lake City. This role involves working 12-hour shifts, with both day and night options available, including alternating weekends. • Measuring and mixing ingredients with precision.
• Operating machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.

Requirements:

• Ability to work in both cold and warm environments.
• Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced setting.
• Physical strength to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Experience with or ability to perform minor equipment changeovers.
• Proficiency in using ERP systems and HMI.
• Forklift certification (preferred).
• Team-oriented mindset.
• Ability to complete batching and traceability paperwork accurately.
• Own or be willing to acquire steel toe boots.
