Nature's Bakery is seeking a Production Operator for their new manufacturing facility in Salt Lake City. This role involves working 12-hour shifts, with both day and night options available, including alternating weekends. What this role involves: - Measuring and mixing ingredients with precision.
- Operating machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintaining food safety and quality standards.
- Managing materials using an ERP system.

Requirements: - Ability to work in both cold and warm environments.
- Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced setting.
- Physical strength to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Experience with or ability to perform minor equipment changeovers.
- Proficiency in using ERP systems and HMI.
- Forklift certification (preferred).
- Team-oriented mindset.
- Ability to complete batching and traceability paperwork accurately.
- Own or be willing to acquire steel toe boots.
