Job Description
Filson, a company with over 125 years of history, seeks a Manufacturing Prep Specialist in Seattle, WA. The ideal candidate will manage the preparation and completion process for Filson Production. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with experience in industrial manufacturing and proficiency in Microsoft Office. NetSuite experience is a plus.
Responsibilities include:
- Creating and printing markers with Accumark
- Processing work orders for production
- Confirming completed units
- Processing transfer orders for outbound shipments
- Printing purchase orders & UPC labels
- Updating cuts & kits received log
- Managing UPC hang tag process
- Prepping finished goods for outbound shipments
- Assisting with outbound shipment packing process
Requirements include:
- Experience using and operating industrial manufacturing equipment
- Detail oriented
- Ability to follow instructions
- Self-motivated and a team player
- Willing and able to learn new things
- Microsoft Office experience is required
- NetSuite experience is a plus
