Purchasing Representative (Seoul)

Job Description

Fusion Worldwide is seeking a Purchasing Representative in Seoul to source electronic components for global customer needs. The role involves prospecting new vendors, building supplier relationships, and negotiating transactions. The representative will also provide real-time feedback and market information to sales and product management teams across global locations. This position offers uncapped earning potential and the chance to create demand and identify new opportunities.

• Sourcing product through prospecting new suppliers and managing existing supplier relationships.
• Negotiating for the procurement of product to include price, terms, and ship date.
• Ensuring that quality standards are present.
• Collaborating with the Account Executive team through a proprietary ERP system.
• Proactively bringing offers of product to sell.
• Providing market information gleaned from discussions with vendors.

• Graduate from a 2-year college or above.
• More than 2 years of experience in a professional environment.
• Proficient with standard business tools (telephone, email, Microsoft Office 365, etc.).
• An effective negotiator with excellent relationship-building skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A trader with a creative and proactive mindset.
