Job Description
The Oakleaf Group, a mortgage and financial services consulting firm, is seeking a Business Analyst to bridge business needs and technology solutions. This role involves documentation, testing, and cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced, Agile environment. The Business Analyst may manage business and system issues during the project lifecycle and post-implementation.

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with diverse teams to gather and analyze business requirements.
  • Perform documentation and reporting for system analysis, business requirements, and testing.
  • Provide insights and reporting through Excel and Tableau to support informed decision-making.
  • Perform system analysis and software testing using SQL and JIRA.
  • Present information in an engaging and easy-to-understand manner.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
  • 8+ years of related work experience.
  • Proficiency in SQL and JIRA.
  • Experience with Tableau, Power BI, or other database and reporting tools.
  • Experience in system analysis and development using Salesforce.
  • Financial industry experience.
