Sales Associate (Full Time) - Marin Retail

Job Description

Jenni Kayne, a California-based lifestyle brand, is seeking a Sales Associate for their Marin retail location. The Sales Associate will be responsible for maximizing sales, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining store operations. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the Jenni Kayne brand and a commitment to creating a welcoming and intentional environment for customers.

Role Involves:

• Maximizing sales and providing customer service
• Communicating with customers to determine their needs
• Building client relationships and maintaining a client book
• Handling point-of-sale transactions
• Maintaining displays and assisting with stock transfers
• Participating in store events
• Encouraging customers to sign up for Jenni Kayne Rewards
• Sharing feedback with management and writing business recaps
• Securing company assets through loss prevention

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1+ years of experience in retail sales
• Experience or interest in home interiors is a plus
• Can-do attitude and commitment to customer service
• Willingness to work during peak business periods
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Knowledge of POS and Inventory Management systems
• Comfortable working in a team environment
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects (20 pounds or more)
