Ketchum, a global communications consultancy, is seeking a Vice President, Corporate Reputation to join their team. This role is based in New York, NY. The ideal candidate will be a trusted client counselor, capable of building strong relationships and delivering impactful solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as agency lead on accounts with corporate reputation needs.
- Grow strong relationships with senior clients and become a trusted advisor.
- Oversee corporate issues and crisis programming for clients.
- Draft messaging and materials for clients.
- Deliver strategic, engaging, and persuasive memos and presentations.
- Design and implement strategic programs and solutions.
- Use metrics and analytics to build business case, provide insight and counsel to clients.
- Identify and grow organic business opportunities and present concepts and programs for new business pitches.
- Provide guidance on both traditional, social, and digital media to clients.
- Work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines while managing multiple projects and teams.
- Manage and support team toward excellence in programming; develop and lead people development of team members.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, English, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- 9+ years of experience in public relations agency or similar position.
- Excellent strategic communications thinking and writing skills.
- Deep understanding of social media platforms, digital tools, and SEO a plus.
