Job Description
BenchPrep is seeking a Customer Success Manager to join its Customer Success organization. This role involves working closely with customers to understand their needs, demonstrate how BenchPrep can solve their problems, and drive product adoption. The Customer Success Manager will own key admin relationships, develop account strategies, and enable customers while providing an impeccable customer experience.
Role Involves:
- Increasing product adoption by driving customer awareness.
- Onboarding new customers to the platform.
- Building long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders.
- Triaging critical customer issues to resolution.
- Identifying and qualifying add-on opportunities.
Requirements:
- 6+ years of experience at a SaaS company in a customer-facing role.
- Experience supporting complex, technical products.
- Stellar written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in HTML and CSS.
- Experience with SSO integrations and webhooks.
