Job Description
Fashion Nova is seeking a Buyer for the Men's team. This role is crucial in shaping the product assortment and staying ahead of emerging trends. The Buyer will work closely with the Division and Category Director to craft a compelling merchandise mix that aligns with the brand vision and resonates with customers. They will take ownership of their category, managing the product assortment and driving strategies to meet financial goals.

Requirements:
- 5-7 years of experience in Buying for men's apparel, ideally within an eCommerce fashion brand
- Strong understanding of current and emerging fashion trends
- Experience working with vendors and negotiating product quality, costs, and delivery dates
- Excellent prioritization, project management, and organizational skills
- Strong analytical skills to support data-driven decisions
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace
- Bachelor’s Degree in Fashion, Production, Design or related field, or equivalent work experience
