Job Description
Fashion Nova is seeking a Director of Buying to lead the men's category. This role involves developing and executing buying strategies, curating trend-driven product assortments, and leading pricing negotiations with suppliers. The Director will also manage financial performance, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and mentor the buying team.

Requirements:
- BFA or BA in Fashion Merchandising, Business, or related field preferred
- 15+ years of Apparel Buying/Merchandising experience, with 5 years min of Buying Management experience
- Experience with product development preferred
- Ability to adapt to change and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Results-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Keen eye for design, trends, and color
