Job Description
Halcyon is seeking a Sales Onboarding Manager to create a welcoming and effective onboarding experience for new sales hires. Halcyon is a remote-native, completely distributed global team, and the company recognizes great talent can exist anywhere. This role involves blending operational excellence with a focus on making new hires feel valued and prepared. The Sales Onboarding Manager will be the primary point of contact for new sales team members, ensuring they have the necessary tools, knowledge, and support to succeed.
Role involves:
- Serving as the main point of contact for new sales hires during onboarding.
- Owning the end-to-end Sales Onboarding program.
- Partnering with the Sales Enablement Manager to deliver engaging training content.
- Working cross-functionally with HR, IT, and managers for a seamless experience.
- Creating educational and engaging resources, playbooks, and guides.
- Leveraging LMS and other tools to measure program effectiveness.
- Collecting feedback and continuously improving the onboarding experience.
- Being a culture champion for new hires.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in onboarding, enablement, sales operations, or HR coordination (B2B SaaS or cybersecurity preferred).
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and creative.
- Experience managing multiple onboarding cohorts.
- Familiarity with enablement tools (LMS platforms, Slack, Zoom) and basic CRM systems (Salesforce).
- Strong collaboration and communication skills.
