Job Description
Fusion Worldwide is seeking a Purchasing Representative in Shenzhen to source computer hardware and build supplier relationships. The role involves negotiating prices and terms, ensuring quality standards, and collaborating with the Account Executive team. The ideal candidate is a driven negotiator with strong communication skills and a proactive mindset.
- Sourcing product through prospecting new suppliers and managing existing supplier relationships
- Negotiating for the procurement of product to include price, terms, and ship date
- Ensuring that quality standards are present and reflect Fusion Worldwide’s deep commitment to quality components
- Collaborating with Account Executive team through proprietary ERP system, keeping detailed notes to maintain competitive advantage
- Proactively bringing offers of product to sell
- Providing market information gleaned from discussions with vendors
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in a professional environment
- Proficiency with standard business tools (email, voicemail, MS Office 365, etc.)
- Effective negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Creative and proactive mindset
