This role involves contributing to the learning culture and empowering the growing Sales team through impactful, hands-on enablement programs. The ideal candidate will be energized by supporting the success of the Revenue organization and passionate about coaching, training, and helping reps thrive.Halcyon's Manager, Sales Enablement role involves:
  • Developing core enablement programs
  • Facilitating trainings & workshops
  • Analyzing sales productivity
  • Driving sales tool adoption
  • Measuring program effectiveness
Requirements for the role include:
  • 3–6 years of experience in Sales Enablement or a quota-carrying Sales role in a B2B SaaS environment
  • Deep understanding of sales methodologies
  • Exceptional program management, training facilitation, and reinforcement skills
  • Proficiency with sales enablement tools and CRM systems
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills
