This role involves contributing to the learning culture and empowering the growing Sales team through impactful, hands-on enablement programs. The ideal candidate will be energized by supporting the success of the Revenue organization and passionate about coaching, training, and helping reps thrive.Halcyon's Manager, Sales Enablement role involves:
- Developing core enablement programs
- Facilitating trainings & workshops
- Analyzing sales productivity
- Driving sales tool adoption
- Measuring program effectiveness
Requirements for the role include:
- 3–6 years of experience in Sales Enablement or a quota-carrying Sales role in a B2B SaaS environment
- Deep understanding of sales methodologies
- Exceptional program management, training facilitation, and reinforcement skills
- Proficiency with sales enablement tools and CRM systems
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
