Engineering Manager, Endpoint Agent

Job Description

Halcyon, a company focused on anti-ransomware innovation, is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead a cross-platform endpoint development team. This role involves managing a team of 6-10 engineers, fostering a collaborative culture, and contributing to the strategic direction of Halcyon's endpoint security solutions. The Engineering Manager will also be responsible for code reviews, mentoring engineers, resolving customer issues, and coordinating agent releases.

• Managing a cross-platform Rust development team
• Planning, designing, and delivering features
• Mentoring engineers and future leaders
• Coordinating the agent release schedule

Requirements:

• Experience leading a high-performing engineering team
• Experience working in a fully remote environment
• Experience developing commercial or enterprise software in C++ and/or Rust
• Proficiency with Windows, macOS, and Linux
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
