Job Description
Ocado Technology is seeking an Operational Systems Support Specialist to join their team at the Erith Customer Fulfilment Centre (CFC). This role offers a unique perspective, working across Engineering Operations, Technical Support Services, and Business Operations.

The Role Involves:
  • Ensuring business systems are operational and provide efficient service.
  • Managing incidents and tasks across multiple disciplines.
  • Identifying and raising faults in appropriate systems.
  • Managing ticketing progress for Technical Support Services.
  • Investigating failed tasks and analyzing the performance of key assets.

The Ideal Candidate Should Have:
  • A background in a technical support capacity with a focus on hardware support and incident management.
  • A good understanding of computing configurations, ITIL, and infrastructure.
  • Experience in managing and resolving technical incidents in hardware, software, and networking.
  • The ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
