Working Student (f/m/d) - AI Automation Process

Job Description

IONOS is seeking a Working Student (f/m/d) to join their Mitigation Workgroup team in Karlsruhe, Germany, focusing on AI process automation. The successful candidate will contribute to building Europe's leading data sovereign cloud provider. IONOS aims to provide European companies with a reliable, secure, and privacy-oriented alternative to non-European cloud providers.

The role involves collaborating with a dynamic and innovative team to push technological boundaries and develop cutting-edge cloud products. The team breaks down silos and collaborates across departments to provide technical expertise and innovative solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Develop AI-assisted tools for development workflows.
• Collaborate with the team to identify areas where AI can improve workflows and implement solutions.
• Ensure seamless integration of AI-assisted tools into existing workflows.

Requirements:

• Enthusiastic and curious student with a genuine interest in AI technology, especially working with Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Experience in environments where the benefits of robust software practices have been experienced first-hand.
• Familiarity with MCP (Model Context Protocol) and the ability to write code, preferably in Go or Kotlin, is a plus.
