Cloud Technical Trainer (f/m/d)

Job Description

IONOS is seeking a Cloud Technical Trainer to join their team in either Berlin or Karlsruhe. The Cloud Technical Trainer will be responsible for designing and delivering technical training for cloud professionals, as well as non-technical training for sales teams, partners, and clients. He/She will work closely with a small, international team to create an innovative, engaging training curriculum. The ideal candidate will be able to explain complex cloud concepts in both German and English to a wide range of audiences, ensuring that both techies and non-techies can apply what they learn. He/She will also be expected to travel to IONOS offices in Germany, the UK, Spain and occasionally the USA or to customer sites for on-site training and workshops. He/She will contribute fresh, creative ideas in a rapidly evolving project where they’ll help shape the future of cloud training.

Role Involves:

• Designing and delivering technical training
• Creating an innovative, engaging training curriculum
• Explaining complex cloud concepts in both German and English
• Traveling to IONOS offices and customer sites

Requirements:

• Fluency in German and English (written and spoken)
• Ability to explain technical concepts clearly
• Passion for learning and teaching cloud technologies
• Creative and flexible mindset
• Willingness to travel
• Familiarity with cloud technologies or previous experience (desired)
• Additional languages (welcome)
