HERO NYC, an experiential brand, is seeking a Box Office Manager to oversee ticket distribution, customer service, and SEO management. The Box Office Manager will manage daily ticket operations and ensure a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills and experience with ticketing platforms.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage online and in-person ticket sales, including order processing, pricing, and inventory.
  • Deliver excellent guest service and resolve ticket-related issues.
  • Oversee and implement SEO strategies to optimize event listings and increase ticket sales.
  • Oversee daily sales transactions and generate sales reports.
  • Maintain and troubleshoot ticketing software.
  • Support ticketing logistics and manage guest lists during events.
  • Partner with Marketing to implement promotions and analyze ticket sales data.

Requirements:

  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Passion for guest service.
  • Experience working with ticketing platforms.
