Job Description
HERO NYC, an experiential brand, is seeking a Box Office Manager to oversee ticket distribution, customer service, and SEO management. The Box Office Manager will manage daily ticket operations and ensure a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills and experience with ticketing platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Manage online and in-person ticket sales, including order processing, pricing, and inventory.
- Deliver excellent guest service and resolve ticket-related issues.
- Oversee and implement SEO strategies to optimize event listings and increase ticket sales.
- Oversee daily sales transactions and generate sales reports.
- Maintain and troubleshoot ticketing software.
- Support ticketing logistics and manage guest lists during events.
- Partner with Marketing to implement promotions and analyze ticket sales data.
Requirements:
- Strong organizational skills.

- Experience working with ticketing platforms.
