Job Description

Isaac, a leading financial solutions platform for schools, is seeking an Operations Analyst I for a temporary, three-month position. This role involves being the primary point of contact between Isaac and its partner schools. The analyst will drive the sales process for new Isaac features, ensuring service level agreements and conversion rates are met. They will also be responsible for negotiations with schools, overcoming objections, and ensuring an exceptional experience with Isaac. The ideal candidate will identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and quality.

Responsibilities include:

• Serving as the main point of contact between Isaac and partner schools.
• Leading the sales process for new features, ensuring SLA and conversion.
• Handling negotiations with schools and addressing objections.
• Ensuring an incredible experience for schools using Isaac.
• Identifying and implementing process improvements.

Requirements:

• Completed higher education.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Good organizational skills and autonomy.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team.
• Sense of urgency and prioritization skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.
