What this role involves:

  • Sourcing product through prospecting new suppliers and managing existing supplier relationships.
  • Negotiating for the procurement of product including price, terms, and ship date.
  • Ensuring that quality standards are present.
  • Collaborating with Account Executive team through proprietary ERP system.
  • Providing market information gleaned from discussion with vendors.

Requirements:

  • 3 years or above of work experience in a professional working environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other business tools.
  • Excellent interpersonal building skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Native or proficient in Japanese and good command of written and spoken English.
