Job Description
Gainwell Technologies is seeking an Early Career Business Analyst/Project Management/Technical Writer to contribute their skills to improve healthcare outcomes. This role involves collaborating with a team of business analysts, translating client needs for technical teams, and analyzing system requirements. The candidate will also build data and process models, verify client requirements in system design, and participate in technical reviews.

Responsibilities include:
  • Collaborating with business analysts to make client recommendations.
  • Translating client's business needs into simpler language.
  • Analyzing and documenting systems requirements and business processes.
  • Building basic conceptual data and process models.
  • Verifying client requirements are built into the system design.
  • Participating in technical reviews and inspections.
  • Expanding technical skills in software applications.

Requirements:
  • Background in Computer Science, Project Management, Creative Writing, Journalism, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Basic understanding of the software development life cycle and software such as Microsoft Office and hands on experience with SQL, Excel, Adobe or Visio.
  • Basic analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience working with industry writing style.
  • Independent project ownership experience.
  • Project management and methodologies background or experience.
