Gainwell Technologies is seeking an Early Career Developer & Technical Roles to contribute their skills in harnessing technology to improve healthcare. This role involves designing, developing, installing, testing, and documenting applications software, including server, client, and web components. The candidate will play a role in the design, documentation, and delivery of technical architecture solution components, ensuring the accuracy of design requirements and delivering ROI for clients.

• Help design, develop, install, test and document applications software
• Play a role in the design, documentation and delivery of technical architecture solution components
• Build the connections between application architects and developers
• Define and develop project requirements, functional specs and application solution designs
• Develop technical documentation and test plans, and support integration and deployment

Requirements:

• Knowledge of programming languages, operating systems, hardware and software, with web service development knowledge preferred
• Knowledge of basic software design, development and implementation methodologies
• Basic data analysis and software testing skills
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively in a remote environment
