Gainwell Technologies is seeking an Early Career Developer/Technical Roles to contribute to their mission of improving health and well-being through technology. The role involves designing, developing, testing, and documenting applications software, as well as contributing to technical architecture solutions. The candidate will work closely with application architects and developers to ensure design accuracy and deliver ROI for clients. They will also be involved in defining project requirements, functional specs, and application solution designs, as well as developing technical documentation and test plans.

• Help design, develop, install, test and document applications software
• Play a role in the design, documentation and delivery of technical architecture solution components
• Build the connections between application architects and developers
• Focus on the details as you help define and develop project requirements
• Play a role in developing technical documentation and test plans, and support integration and deployment

Requirements:

• Knowledge of programming languages, operating systems, hardware, and software
• Knowledge of basic software design, development, and implementation methodologies
• Basic data analysis and software testing skills
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a remote environment
