This role involves working with a team of software developers to advance Gainwell and client objectives. The candidate will play a role in defining project requirements, functional specifications, and application solution designs.

Role involves:
• Designing, developing, installing, testing, and documenting applications software.
• Contributing to the design, documentation, and delivery of technical architecture solution components.
• Ensuring the accuracy of design requirements and delivering ROI for clients.
• Developing technical documentation and test plans, and supporting integration and deployment.

Requirements:
• Knowledge of programming languages, operating systems, hardware, and software.
• Knowledge of basic software design, development, and implementation methodologies.
• Basic data analysis and software testing skills.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and leaders in a remote environment.
