Job Description
Gainwell Technologies is seeking an Early Career Developer & Technical Roles to contribute to the design, development, and implementation of application software. This role involves collaborating with application architects and developers to ensure design accuracy and deliver ROI for clients. The candidate will help define project requirements, functional specifications, and application solution designs, as well as develop technical documentation and test plans.
Role involves:
- Designing, developing, installing, testing, and documenting applications software.
- Playing a role in the design, documentation, and delivery of technical architecture solution components.
- Building connections between application architects and developers.
- Defining and developing project requirements and functional specs.
- Developing technical documentation and test plans.
Requirements:
- Knowledge of programming languages, operating systems, hardware, and software.
- Knowledge of basic software design, development, and implementation methodologies.
- Basic data analysis and software testing skills.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a remote environment.
