Clinical Data Specialist

Job Description

Iterative Health, a healthcare technology and services company, is seeking a Clinical Data Specialist to support its clinical trial service operations. The Clinical Data Specialist will be responsible for performing EHR chart reviews to identify potential clinical trial candidates within the Iterative Health network.

What this role involves:

• Supporting research sites by reviewing electronic health records.
• Building a database of potential study candidates.
• Reading and understanding protocols to determine patient population needs.
• Maintaining documentation to track findings.
• Attending project meetings.
• Performing administrative duties.

Requirements:

• Experience with office tools (internet browsers, Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Slack).
• Ability to learn new systems (EHR, CRM, CTMS).
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent time management, planning, and organizational skills.
• Attention to detail and thorough follow-up skills.
• Ability to handle data confidentially and compliantly.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High level of tact, integrity, and professionalism.
