Job Description
Integrated Specialty Coverages (ISC) is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead and execute sales strategies within the Northeast Territory. This role focuses on driving incremental growth from independent agents through regular contact and training. The Regional Sales Manager will work closely with agents, brokers, and other distribution partners to expand market share and enhance client relationships.ISC is looking for someone to analyze market trends, identify new business opportunities, and collaborate with underwriting, claims, and marketing teams to deliver tailored insurance solutions.
Responsibilities: - Identify key independent agents for ISC products.
- Train agents on ISC products and processes.
- Meet with agents regularly.
- Add agencies to drive growth.
- Drive new and renewal production.
- Partner with marketing and product development.
- Assist in program roll-outs.
- Maintain producer database (Salesforce).
- Facilitate webinars and website demonstrations.
- Participate in industry trade shows.
- Travel up to 60%.
Requirements: - Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 4+ years’ sales and/or marketing experience.
- Strong communication skills.
- Commercial insurance experience a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to travel up to 60%.
