Job Description
Integrated Specialty Coverages (ISC) is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for the Texas territory. This role is responsible for leading and executing sales strategies to drive incremental growth from independent agents through regular contacts and training. The Regional Sales Manager will work closely with agents, brokers, and other distribution partners to expand market share and enhance client relationships.ISC is looking for someone to analyze market trends, identify new business opportunities, and collaborate cross-functionally with underwriting, claims, and marketing teams to deliver tailored insurance solutions.
Responsibilities: - Identify key independent agents.
- Train new agents and agency employees on ISC products and processes.
- Meet with agents regularly.
- Add additional agencies to the territory.
- Drive new and renewal production.
- Partner with marketing, sales, and product development teams.
- Assist in the roll-out of new programs.
- Maintain producer marketing database (Salesforce).
- Facilitate product webinars and website demonstrations.
- Participate in industry trade shows.
- Travel up to 60% of the year.
Requirements: - Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field required
- Minimum of 4+ years’ previous sales and/or marketing experience
- Demonstrated oral and written communication skills.
- Experience in the commercial insurance industry is a plus, but not required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word, and aptitude to navigate software easily
- Ability to travel up to 60% of the year.
