BVNK is seeking a talented Software Engineer to join their team and contribute to building seamless cross-border payment solutions involving both crypto and fiat currencies. This role is crucial in overcoming challenges to ensure smooth trading processes, streamlining liquidity management, and automation.About BVNK: BVNK provides modern payment infrastructure for businesses, unifying banks and blockchains in a single platform. • Collaborate with the product team to iterate quickly and deliver results.
• Translate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
• Advocate for simple and effective approaches.
• Develop future-proof products with quality code.
• Contribute to the engineering culture and standards.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Backend Developer, preferably in FinTech.
• Expertise in Java and Spring Boot.
• Experience in building and maintaining APIs and services.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Good understanding of financial services, particularly in banking, payments, or crypto.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with distributed ledger technology or blockchain is a plus.
• Data-driven with analytical skills.
• Open to participating in an out-of-hours on-call rota.
