Job Description

BarkleyOKRP is seeking a Designer to develop cohesive design solutions that are both on-trend and on-brand for its clients. The Designer will be a student of design in all its forms, executing work at a high standard across multiple mediums. They will manage their own assignments under the leadership of Design Directors/Associate Design Directors and collaborate with writers and other disciplines.Role involves:

• Developing cohesive design solutions.
• Executing work at a high standard.
• Managing daily and long-term assignments.
• Collaborating with writers and other disciplines.

Requirements:

• Impeccable design sense and a discerning eye.
• Understanding of business cases and strategies.
• Active awareness of visual trends and technological advances.
• Ability to think beyond static executions.
• Strong ability to prioritize work and manage time.
• Two or more years of related experience.
• A portfolio / body of work is required for consideration.
