Job Description
Harbinger Motors is seeking a Tech Line Specialist to join their Customer Deployments team. This role will serve as the primary point of contact for deployed fleet operators and dealer shops, addressing their support requests and utilizing the customer issue ticketing system. The Tech Line Specialist will cultivate customer relationships, guiding them through issue resolution, and contribute to the development of FAQs and process improvements.
Responsibilities: - Provide technical support to customer fleets via the Technical Support Line.
- Manage tier 1 support on the web portal.
- Help develop and refine issue tracking systems and processes.
- Track and automate reports on customer service metrics.
- Contribute to the creation of FAQs.
- Assist with the service parts fulfillment process.
- Train others on tool usage.
- Expect 10% travel.
Requirements: - 3+ years of customer service experience.
- Experience in automotive repair.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to interface with diverse individuals and technical disciplines.
- Self-starter with strong task management and execution skills.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Factory training programs through OEMs (a plus).
- Creative problem-solving skills.
- Understanding of vehicle systems (a plus).
- Ability to travel as required.
