Clutch, Canada’s largest online used car retailer, is seeking a friendly and organized Front Desk Receptionist to be the face of their Field Operations Team in Etobicoke. The Receptionist will be responsible for welcoming guests, managing appointments, handling calls, and ensuring smooth front desk operations.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. They should also be able to multitask, stay organized, and commute to Etobicoke, ON.

Role Involves:

  • Greeting and assisting visitors
  • Answering and directing phone calls
  • Managing scheduling and appointments
  • Maintaining a tidy front desk area
  • Handling mail and deliveries
  • Providing administrative support

Requirements:

  • Previous receptionist or administrative experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Authorization to work in Canada
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized
  • Ability to commute to Etobicoke, ON
  • Positive attitude and customer-service mindset
  • Minimum G2 License
  • Clear Drivers abstract and criminal background check
