Jr Collections Analyst

Clara is seeking a Jr. Collections Analyst to join their team and help build the financial backbone of Latin America’s most ambitious companies. Clara is the leading B2B spend management platform in the region, used by 20,000+ companies. This role is based in São Paulo, Brazil and offers a hybrid work model.

Responsibilities:

• Manage early collection campaigns through official channels (WhatsApp and phone).
• Carry out internal collection processes using collection platforms.
• Perform quality audits on the external collection agency in Barueri.
• Develop recovery strategies for specific delinquency ranges.
• Respond to internal tickets related to the department.
• Manage and monitor platforms used for payment tracking and control.
• Act as a direct communication channel between internal departments and customer service.

Requirements:

• Experience with early collection and multi-channel tools (WhatsApp and phone).
• Experience managing clients in arrears portfolio.
• Experience managing databases for payment control.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel and SQL.
• High qualities in database organization.
• Knowledge in database engines.
• Critical Thinking.
• Strong ownership and teamwork spirit.
• Strong organizational skills.
