Ava Labs is seeking a Head of Finance to lead financial planning, risk management, and strategy execution. This role involves strategic financial leadership, operations and compliance oversight, cross-functional collaboration, performance management, investor relations, and continuous process improvement.
What This Role Involves:
- Leading financial planning, risk management, and strategy execution.
- Managing day-to-day financial operations and ensuring compliance.
- Serving as a financial liaison among various teams.
- Designing and implementing a framework for tracking key financial metrics.
- Collaborating with the C-suite to prepare materials for board meetings.
- Continuously assessing and refining financial processes.
- Playing a crucial role in tax planning and compliance.
- Collaborating with the legal department to review financial aspects of contracts.
- Communicating strategic financial insights to the executive team.
Requirements:
- Exceptional academic background (MBA preferred).
- Extensive experience in finance within the digital assets or fintech sector.
- Proven track record in cryptocurrency management and international payments.
- Advanced financial modeling and data management proficiency.
- Deep understanding of P&L, balance sheets, and cash flow management.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Proactive and self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
