Manager, Clinical Strategy

Imagen Technologies, a high-growth healthcare startup, is seeking a highly motivated and strategic Manager, Clinical Strategy. This role involves leading a team and spearheading initiatives that impact the specialist network, operational efficiency, and organizational growth. The Manager will report to the VP of Clinical Strategy & Operations and will be a key strategic partner in driving high-impact projects.

Imagen Technologies is rapidly expanding its AI-enabled platform across the U.S., aiming to deliver care across 35 states and to more than 5 million patients per year by 2026.

Role involves:

• Leading, mentoring, and developing direct reports.
• Driving the development and implementation of AI-driven specialist efficiency projects.
• Leading major AI-driven process automation efforts across clinical operations.
• Overseeing and enhancing supply and demand forecasting for Imagen specialists.
• Identifying, evaluating, and leading cost optimization efforts.
• Spearheading development and implementation of a data-driven lead-generation engine for radiologists.
• Championing the use of data analytics to generate actionable insights.

Requirements:

• Genuine enthusiasm for Imagen’s mission and vision.
• 5-7+ years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, business operations, or a similar high-performance environment.
• Demonstrated track record of successfully leading and managing a team.
• Demonstrated ability to identify and apply LLMs and other AI technologies.
• Exceptional ability to independently manage and drive complex, cross-functional projects.
• Superior quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven experience in the U.S. healthcare ecosystem.
