Job Description

Cleo is seeking a Head of Content Design to redefine how people manage their money. The Head of Content Design will lead the integration of Cleo’s tone of voice into the product and set the vision for content design that engages millions of users with personalized, delightful experiences. The ideal candidate will inspire and lead a team of content designers, fostering an environment where creativity and collaboration thrive. They will work closely with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and AI/ML teams to bring innovative ideas to life, ensuring a seamless and unified user experience across Cleo’s ecosystem. Requirements:

• Deep expertise in content design or UX writing
• Demonstrated hands-on experience in conversational design and chat-focused user interfaces
• Previous experience and understanding of designing products for a US audience
• Strong leadership skills, with a track record of managing and mentoring teams
• Experience collaborating effectively with cross-functional partners
• Passion for creating inclusive, thoughtful, and impactful user experiences
• A strategic and adaptable mindset
