Job Description
Buynomics, a next-generation SaaS company specializing in pricing and product optimization, is seeking a Business Development Representative to drive growth and build a strong sales pipeline. The role involves identifying and qualifying leads, collaborating with Account Executives, and innovating outreach tactics. The Business Development Representative will work closely with Marketing and Sales leadership to ensure a dynamic pipeline that meets global business goals.

What this role involves:
  • Driving growth through cold calling, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
  • Collaborating with Account Executives to identify and approach target accounts.
  • Conducting discovery calls to qualify leads based on the Ideal Customer Profile.
  • Innovating outreach tactics to engage prospects.
  • Collaborating with Marketing and Sales teams to develop early-stage revenue opportunities.
  • Meeting quarterly targets for initial meetings with qualified prospects.
  • Maintaining knowledge of Buynomics’ offerings and industry trends.

Requirements:
  • Up to 1 year of experience in sales, marketing, or BDR roles.
  • Self-motivation and effective time management.
  • Strong communication skills for cold and warm calling.
  • A proactive, growth-oriented mindset.
  • Fluency in English; German, Spanish, or another European language is an advantage.
