Job Description
PhonePe Group is seeking a CRM Manager to coordinate CRM channels across PhonePe platforms. The role involves collaborating with product, compliance, and engineering teams to ensure smooth functioning of channels such as PN, SMS, VMN, email, Push, RCS, in-app banners, and WhatsApp campaigns. The CRM Manager will own business relations with channel partners and benchmark capabilities against third-party tools.
Responsibilities include:
- Coordinating with product, compliance, and engineering teams
- Owning business relations with channel partners
- Benchmarking capabilities and performance against third-party tools
- Collaborating with product development teams to chart a product roadmap
- Automating repetitive campaigns with tech ops and CRM ops team
- Designing workflows, triggers, and alerts to minimize manual tasks
- Developing and presenting reports on merchandising and CRM performance
- Tracking and measuring campaign effectiveness to maximize ROI
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to create targeted marketing campaigns
Requirements:
- Engineering/MBA degree from a Tier 1/2 college
- 3+ years of experience in CRM or related field
- Experience with CRM platforms like Clevertap, Moengage
- Basic understanding of data engineering and analytical queries
- Strong analytical ability and logical reasoning
- Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, Slides, and Docs
