Job Description
Practice Better is seeking a Director of Product Marketing to lead and scale how the company positions, messages, and launches its products. This role will shape the story of Practice Better and That Clean Life, focusing on what they build, who they build for, and how they communicate value to customers and prospects. The Director will serve as the connective tissue between Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure go-to-market excellence, customer resonance, and revenue impact.

What this role involves:
  • Crafting compelling positioning and messaging.
  • Leading successful product launches.
  • Driving customer, market, and competitive research.
  • Building and delivering effective enablement materials.
  • Partnering with teams to develop campaigns.
  • Supporting strategic decisions around product pricing.
  • Capturing, creating, and sharing customer stories.
  • Acting as a key voice between departments.

Requirements:
  • 8–10+ years of experience in product marketing.
  • Proven ability to launch B2B software products.
  • Deep understanding of positioning, segmentation, and persona development.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience creating GTM strategies and enablement programs.
  • Analytical mindset with experience leveraging data and insights.
  • Experience collaborating with Product teams.
  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
