Practice Better is seeking a Growth Marketing Specialist for That Clean Life. In this role, the Growth Marketing Specialist will lead growth marketing initiatives, owning the strategy, execution, and optimization of acquisition and conversion campaigns. They will work cross-functionally with various teams to scale the growth engine, combining creative campaign execution with data-driven rigor. The Growth Marketing Specialist's responsibilities include:
- Supporting the growth strategy across paid, owned, and earned channels.
- Planning and executing campaigns across various channels.
- Leveraging cross-functional expertise to align messaging and offers.
- Optimizing the funnel through A/B testing and segmentation.
- Developing lifecycle programs tailored to customer segments.
- Monitoring and reporting on KPIs, refining the approach based on insights.
- Supporting content and campaign creation with value-driven messaging.
- Advocating for the customer, bringing practitioner insights into campaign planning.
- Informing product and marketing decisions with practitioner insights.
Requirements for the Growth Marketing Specialist role include:
- 1–3+ years in Growth Marketing, Performance Marketing, or Lifecycle Marketing.
- Demonstrated success running acquisition and retention campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with platforms like Google Analytics and HubSpot.
- Familiarity with email platforms and conversion rate optimization.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally in a remote environment.
